Drop-in Flu Clinics 2016
We have 2 adult drop-in flu clinics arranged for 2016:
Saturday 1st and 15th October, both from 8.30 – 12.00
No appointment necessary. Just turn up.
Children’s vaccine will be available in November
Important change to ordering your repeat medications 1 Aug 2016
In view of our ever increasing workload, we regret that from 1 August 2016 we will no longer be able to take requests for repeat medications over the phone or by email.
We request that you reorder repeat medications online. In order to do this, you will need to register for online services at reception and you will need to provide proof of your identity:
- Either a current passport and/or photo driving licence (if you can provide both of these a bank statement is NOT required)
- If you provide one of the above, then a current bank statement is also required.
For the small number of patients for whom this system would cause great difficulty we will accept written requests but will not be able to take telephone requests after 1 August 2016.
Drs Barton & Silver
We are open 8.00 -18.30 Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Appointments are available during the hours listed. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us, come into the surgery to book an appointment or, if you are registered for online appointment and repeat medications, you can book online to see a doctor.
For District Nurses, Monday-Friday 8.00 - 16.00, ring 01189 721382.
Minor Injuries Units For minor injuries use either Henley-on-Thames or Abingdon Minor Injuries Units or your hospital A&E. Minor Injuries Units (MIU) are located at Henley Townlands Hospital and Abindon Community Hospital. Click here for opening times and contact information. MIUs may be particularly useful for those patients over 65 who do not wish to travel to a hospital A&E department.
