The surgery will be delivering Covid booster vaccinations as part of the Government’s booster vaccination programme. Rollout is likely to reflect the risk categories employed for the first and second vaccinations, and where appropriate combined with the annual flu vaccination.
Covid will not be over on 19 July.
Medical associations and academics are reminding patients that the Covid pandemic will not be over on 19 July. We are all being asked to take personal responsibility in order to safeguard ourselves, our families, and the rest of the community. Masks are likely to remain compulsory in certain settings, including GP surgeries and other NHS settings for some time. The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges has issued a statement, which can be viewed Covid 19 pandemic will not be over on 19 July.
